DO YOU HAVE SPECIFIC TEACHING QUALIFICATIONS?
I have a Bachelor of Music degree from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music in viola performance and music education. I have a current teaching certificate with endorsements in general and instrumental music, grades K-12, with the State of WA. I am also a licensed school psychologist. More recently I have undertaken professional development in the Suzuki method and completed the first four levels of Suzuki teacher training through the Suzuki Association of the Americas.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR LESSONS?
Tuition is calculated on a semester or yearly basis. Tuition may be paid bi-monthly or at the beginning of each semester. My instructional rate is $72/hour or $55 for a 45-minute lesson. See Tuition page for details.
